About

Our mission is simple: Connect people with exercise and help them achieve beyond what they thought possible. We believe in making fitness accessible to everyone, creating a supportive space where people feel seen, encouraged, and empowered to make real progress.

I founded KoolFITT Training after realising I had more to offer than the limitations placed on me by traditional roles in the fitness industry. Throughout my career, I've been driven by a passion to help people achieve. I often had customers asking for 1-to-1 support outside my role, groups requesting more sessions led by me, and individuals thanking me for the specialised support I provided, even when I was restricted by the roles I held at the time.

Today, KoolFITT Training offers inclusive personalised services, ranging from 1-to-1 Training to Group  and Specialist Coaching. We guide people toward better health with tailored support, working together to create positive, lasting change. This is fitness with a personal touch, built around your needs and goals.

At KoolFITT Training Ltd, we see exercise as more than an individual pursuit; it’s a collective movement that transforms communities. Across the years, we have experienced how fitness, with personalised support, coaching, and rehabilitation, changes lives. Spread across the community, our inclusive approach reaches people from all backgrounds.

Our mission is to make fitness accessible to everyone by working with local GPs, community groups, organisations, authorities, and other coaches. Together, we aim to tackle health inequalities, improve well-being, and create opportunities for people of all abilities to experience the benefits of exercise.

KoolFITT Training is leading the way in inclusive fitness, combining both individual and community needs, focusing on collaboration and innovation, we’re not just improving personal health—we’re building healthier, stronger communities that thrive.
